Shirlaws offers many opportunities for coaches and staff. We have National teams in Australia and New Zealand which include nine staff and over forty business coaches.
Many Shirlaws Coaches are shareholders in the business and take on functional roles working on Shirlaws boards, management team, coaching team leaders and functional project teams They work closely with our National business team, in particular with CEO of Australia Andrew Mackenzie, CEO of NZ Michael Ahie, and General Manager Katrina Porteus.

Andrew joined Shirlaws as Australia as a business coach in 2001, developing further his business experience and the stage presence which ensures he is still in demand as a keynote speaker. In 2005 he relocated to Auckland with his young family in order to formally establish and grow Shirlaws New Zealand, before returning in late 2007 to commence his current role as Australia's CEO. |

Michael has broad international business and governance experience with multinational companies including roles in sales, marketing, global strategy and business unit management. He uses this experience and his understanding of the macro issues that businesses face in his client and governance work. Michael brings a passion for his country and is dedicated to the commercial and cultural success of organisations in New Zealand to take to a world stage. |
Katrina Porteus - General Manager

Company Secretary and General Manager of Shirlaws Pty Ltd, Katrina has been with the business since 2002. Katrina helped establish the Shirlaws Australia national office, has managed internal functions and projects – and Shirlaws coaches – both locally and globally, as well as supporting coaching teams to implement projects into their clients. Katrina manages many functions in the business including Marketing, IT and Human Resources. |
