Our Values

Shirlaws proudly supports our business coaching clients to achieve a balance of both hard / commercial and soft / cultural outcomes. In addition to creating successful businesses with a vibrant culture, it is only through this balance that a business can create sustainable change. One of the earliest agreements the Shirlaws team had as a business was agreeing and defining our values - a soft counterpoint to our fast commercial growth, and an exercise which still provides much value to our clients today.

-          Open: We really listen and seek first to understand you and your business. Our coaches will be willing to fully participate in the growth of your organisation, as they participate in the growth of ours.

-          Honest: We give you honest feedback about what we observe in your business so you can make informed choices. This means speaking the truth as we observe it, which is not always easy but often means the difference between mediocre and outstanding results.

-          Fair: We always offer you the best solution to your business needs, so that you can most efficiently and effectively achieve the success you want. Our coaches will work to your agenda, testing and questioning along the way but never disagreeing or working against you.
