Facilitation is a key business development process that Shirlaws uses to ensure our clients achieve results. The focus of facilitation is managing the process of a meeting, conference or retreat, while ensuring all views are heard. Our coaching experience enables us to complete this responsibility, while also supporting the process, discussion points and decision making throughout.

Strategy Sessions and Management Retreats are important events in the life of a business. They have a big impact on the clarity of strategy and alignment of the management team, which then translates to the quality and speed of the implementation, change and growth.

Shirlaws offers only its most senior business coaches as expert facilitators for such meetings and retreats.  The business coach will meet with you prior to the event to ensure they are clear on the desired process and outcomes and they will design a broad agenda for guiding the sessions.  They will keep the group accountable to the process and if required, support the group with coaching on key issues.

A key benefit of our facilitation service is that the CEO / senior managers can focus on the people and the content of the discussion, rather than be distracted or concerned about managing the process.  Our clients find this helps them achieve a better outcome in terms of the quality and clarity of the vision and the alignment of the team.

Speakers

Shirlaws offers a number of speakers and topics which can be used for:

  • Client Educational Seminars – as a thank you or reward for your clients and referral partners, we can provide a speaker and topic to suit your specific needs.  This can be an excellent way to reconnect with your clients, give them something of value, position a new product or service, and open up new conversations with them.
