While each coach is unique, the Shirlaws coach development program is designed to ensure all coaches are trained in our coaching frameworks, which enable consistent client outcomes, and culturally support the growth of our business.

New coaches receive up to 40 days training and development in the first year, strengthening their existing commercial experience with our training. On an ongoing basis, our coaches then continue to complete over 12 days of training every year to ensure they remain at the leading edge of the coaching industry and the business world.
