Brett Heasman

Brett loves supporting his clients through the various stages of the business development process to realise the potential assisting them to achieve their goals and business vision. His coaching supports clients through changes in their businesses to achieve growth and profitability.

Brett holds a Master of Business Coaching Degree from the Sydney Business School and the University of Wollongong and combines his academic qualifications with more than 20 years of business and leadership experience to enhance growth and effectiveness of individuals and their organisations.

He has a history of driving change, improving operational efficiency, designed and implemented systems, planning and strategy development, as well as people development. He is able to empathize with his clients because he understands first-hand the pressures and joys of owning his own businesses

Prior to joining Shirlaws, Brett built up his successful Corporate Event Promotions business incorporating a variety of departments that supported each other to create a brand that people recognized and trusted

Since becoming a Shirlaws coach in 2006, Brett has coached across many different industries including manufacturing and service based industries such as Corporate Event Promotions, Communications, Plant and Equipment, Civil Construction, Real Estate, Financial Software Consultants, Software Developers and IT Solutions, practice management inclusive of Lawyers and Optometry. He coaches clients in Sydney, Central Coast and the Hunter Regions.

Brett lives on the Central Coast of NSW with his wife and two children. After his successful exit from his business at the end of 2004, they travelled around Australia in a caravan for a year in 2005. He loves to surf, play golf, travel, and spend time with his family.
