Joe Porteus

Joe Porteus has been a partner and senior principle of Shirlaws since 2002. He brings a strong technical and business development background to his clients.  With a specialty in strategy facilitation, Joe works with teams to help them maximise collaboration and therefore output, assists teams on clarifying vision and structure for desired growth plans, and facilitates the energy back in the level require for change.  Joe works with a mix of large corporates and emerging companies to increased revenue and profitability through his technical expertise and ability to connect with and coach staff at all levels of the business.

Joe's career includes working in technology, sales and distribution for various financial institutions and NASDAQ listed companies. Joe is also a shareholder and team leader in the Australian business. He has worked with clients across a range of industries including financial services, accounting and the technology sector.

Joe's primary focus before Shirlaws was in the development and management of distribution networks across Australia, South East Asia, Korea and Japan as well as running his own consulting business in Australia and the UK.
