Having joined Shirlaws with a client’s understanding of the coaching process and its commercial and cultural rewards, Lesley is committed to building sustainable, high performance cultures, leaders and teams who are aligned with the vision for the business.

Lesley has an enquiring mind and genuine desire to generate commercial benefits through building loyalty for profit. Her positive energy, sense of humour and passion for ‘finding better ways' has helped organisations and individuals expand their leadership capability and achieve sustainable growth through major transitions.

Lesley has over 20 years in leadership and consulting roles in Marketing and Sales in a diverse range of service businesses. Along with coaching senior executives and their teams in the corporate and government sectors and SME’s in the allied health sector, Lesley is passionate about supporting creative industries. Lesley regularly facilitates and presents workshops for creative businesses and current clients include Brand, Design, Landscape Design, Architecture and Marketing firms.

Lesley is an ANZI Accredited Professional Coach (Australian & New Zealand Coaching Institute), holds a Master of Business Coaching with Distinction from University of Wollongong, a Master of Business Marketing from UTS, a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Macquarie University and numerous strategy, sales and marketing Certificates.

Sharing a ‘treehouse' on Sydney's leafy north shore with partner, Rein, and ‘wild' dog, Jaffa, leisure time is spent together with friends and family in the bush, by the beach or paddling their canoe when Lesley isn't fulfilling her artistic passion for amateur sculpting.
