Andrew Mackenzie

Andrew Mackenzie Conference Keynote Speakerbusiness coachingAndrew is the CEO of Shirlaws Australia. He is an experienced business coach and sought-after speaker. He has an ability to draw on his real life experiences to engage any business audience.

His strengths come from his uncanny ability to cut to the core of the issues facing business. He thinks laterally and asks questions to challenge old assumptions, create new possibilities and renew energy in a business. He is courageous, funny and honest.

Prior to joining Shirlaws he established his own successful importing business that specialised in the hospitality and healthcare industries. He has genuine empathy for his clients because he understands first-hand the pressures and joys of owning and managing his own businesses.

Andrew has delivered the keynote address at the APS Software conference for accountants since 2007, and for Laser Electrical since 2008.

Jeff Herrick

Jeff HerrickBusiness CoachingFrom 2004 to 2008 Jeff was the CEO for Shirlaws Australia, responsible for the strategic development of Shirlaws and its expansion
throughout the country. Jeff took over as CEO shortly after many of the senior staff were deployed overseas, as part of the decision to make Shirlaws a global company, and yet Jeff was able to implement a significant restructure and double Australian coaching staff during
this period.

Jeff has held senior management positions in the IT&T industry in Australia, and has participated in launching a number of companies including a technology-based business that he help list on the Australian Stock Exchange with a market capitalisation of around $35 million.

These experiences and his ongoing role as a mentor and business coach within Shirlaws allow Jeff to bring truth, and real perspective, to the presentations he delivers.
